"Update: Taylor’s Way has replaced the prior Juniper with a very nice, healthy one. Very happy with how the issue was resolved. I would recommend Taylor’s for tree treatment services but not for planting of new landscape trees/shrubs. We had a recent experience where they planted a replacement for a Wichita Blue Juniper and the Juniper they brought is of very low quality. The main stem is extremely curved with heavy growth only on one side. It looks like it was lying tipped over on the ground for a long time before being planted. Plus a large mess of mud was left behind on top of our landscape rocks and no mulch is provided. It does not look nice or healthy at all. We expected more as we have had a very good experience with the tree service."

"I had 2 Norway Spruce trees that needed to be remove due to getting needle cast disease and they were beyond healing. Taylor's tree crew was extremely professional! They were using a small lawn tractor early in the day but when the ground started warming up, they made a conscious decision to stop using the tractor because they didn't want ruin my yard. Very good. I don't know the name of the young guy who was doing the tree climbing and cutting, but it was a pleasure to watch him work. He approached his job in a very deliberate and methodical way. The space between my pool and the fence with power lines above it is only about 15 feet and he dropped a full grown spruce tree smack dab in the middle! They left the property in impeccable condition when they left. It is a pleasure to watch true craftsmen who know what they're doing and take pride in it. Thank you for a job extremely well done."
